This new feature will connect you immediately to your Abenity Client Executive via instant messenger and give you real time access to the actual people you know at Abenity. Live chat gives you an easy way to pop a quick question about your account to your Client Executive, or even fix an issue you’ve been experiencing with your program.
We never want to leave you hanging when you need help. In the event your Client Executive is not available via Live Chat you’ll have the option to send a message informing them of your questions and they will respond to you as soon as they are able.
Live chat is a feature that was recommended to us by one of our clients. We’re on the lookout for new tools that will help improve your Abenity experience, so if you have an idea on something we could add please don’t hesitate to let us know.
